Beginners’ Pilates Classes

New Block of 6 classes starting Monday the 24th of October at 7.30pm. Emphasis on introduction to Pilates techniques and exercises with a focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination.This class is ideal for anyone looking to prevent or recover from injury, or anyone looking for a gentle challenge!
