Home Exercises for Older Adults

Hope you are all keeping well. I started a Pilates Class for older adults about 8 weeks ago; There was a great mix of ages in the class and I was so surprised by how quickly everyone was progressing. Here are a few exercises n standing that are safe and suitable for everyone who is mobile enough to stand beside a chair or worktop! We need to stay strong mentally and physically to get through the next few weeks of social distancing so try these out and add them to your other daily exercise routines. Take care! Muireann
