This set of gentle Pilates-Based exercises is suitable for older adults who are missing their usual exercise classes or who are spending more time at home than they would like. These exercises are safe, mat based, no equipment needed. I put them together thinking of anyone who may have osteopaenia, osteoporosis, pelvic floor weakness, low back pain or any other issues that will benefit from some core exercises, hip strengthening, upper spine exercises, posture work and flexibility.
