Try these out if you are feeling stiff or achey from sitting or not enjoying your usual exercise! Physiotherapists, including myself, have been noticing an increase in people presenting with lower back, middle back and neck pain related to sustained positions. We are not moving as much as we usually do; even the little bit of movement to and from the car, to and from lunch, around shops, to and from your desk was all helping to move your muscles and prevent stiffness. I put this video together to tackle some of these issues and would recommend some form of movement drills at least once a week. Try this out and see if it helps!
