PILATES FOR MOBILITY AND FOR INJURY PREVENTION
The main aim of Physiotherapy is to reduced pain and restore normal, strength and movement. This means that Home Exercise Programs are so important to prevent recurrent injury if possible. Over the last few weeks I have prescribed the same groups of exercise to many people so here it is in video form. Mobility exercises are underestimated but can really prevent aches and pains and those “mysterious” injuries that come out of nowhere! Try to add exercises like these to your weekly schedule and see if they make a difference!
